Greenbeans with Fish Flakes

nov2009 047Ingredients:

300 grams green beans

1 T olive oil (or sesame oil)

3 cloves garlic, minced

5 T dry fish flakes

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Procedure:

  1. Boil water and add 1 t salt.
  2. Add green beans and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beans and drain.
  3. Heat oil, add garlic until fragrant. Add beans, salt and pepper.
  4. Place in the platter, sprinkle with fish flakes. Serve.
